To split a linear feature (Gas Main, Service, etc.):

1. Click on the Split Feature tool.
2. Left-Click on a linear feature (Gas Main, Service, etc.) to select it. The selected linear feature highlights.
3. Left-Click again along the length of the linear feature to specify the split point location.
4. Right-Click (Reset) to complete the split. The new adjacent segment highlights.
5. Continue step 3 and 4 to continue splitting the linear feature or go to the next step.
6. Right-Click (Reset) to end the command.
